Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong item received
  • Product does not match description

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Used or damaged products (unless received damaged)
  • Products without original packaging and tags
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Customized or personalized items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product (if damaged/defective), and reason for return
  3. Our team will review and approve your return request
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement

Return Shipping

  • For defective or wrong items: We will provide a prepaid return label
  • For other returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
  3. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
  4. If the product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if possible
  • Contact us immediately with photos
  • We will file a claim with the courier and send a replacement

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.
