Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item received
- Product does not match description
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
- Used or damaged products (unless received damaged)
- Products without original packaging and tags
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Customized or personalized items
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, photos of the product (if damaged/defective), and reason for return
- Our team will review and approve your return request
- Ship the product back to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement
Return Shipping
- For defective or wrong items: We will provide a prepaid return label
- For other returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
- If the product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired product
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery if possible
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We will file a claim with the courier and send a replacement

You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.
